Hi Sebasty (Rock Star 16)

Thanks for taking the time to help me, in fact it turned out to be the
setting in Advanced Sound Options in Windows 10, for the Spotify app it
defaulted to the internal sound card, once I changed this to Audioquest
Dragonfly it worked perfectly.

Rgds

Steve

Hey @stephen_dettke

Does Spotify appear to be playing, just not putting out any sound?

I suggest taking a look at the app volume mixer which you should find when right-clicking the speaker icon on Taskbar.

If you find Spotify muted in there, unmute it and restart Spotify.

If Spotify is not muted, thy muting it, then unmuting and restarting Spotify.

Also, ensure your Dragonfly is set as a default playback device.

Let me know how you get on 🙂
