When I use Spotify on a Windows machine, the two actions I use heavily are:

1. FF, Pause, Play, Go back 1
2. Add track to playlist.

Since I usually have 3394723 windows open, I don't want to constantly call upon the minimized app to appear top-most and then perform an action. For this I utilize the native Spotify Windows Widget. Though slow to appear (takes a few seconds after you hover over the Task Bar, it seems to do the trick.

However it only has the ability to control item 1, but not item 2. I think it would be amazing if you add the ability to add currently playing song to a playlist to the Widget control.

I heavily use the Windows 10 Widget when I have 3000 windows open and all I really want to do is go to the next track (though I have to wait a few seconds when I hover over the Windows tab for the widget to appear [solved this by installing scripts]),

Plan

Premium

Country

US

Operating System

Windows 10
