New folder not adding to local files

My Question or Issue

So I have had no issue adding songs to local files in the past, and yesterday tried to add another album. Unfortunately, it just doesn't seem to want to go into local files and I'm not sure why. I have looked through the details, and other than the song names, length and artist the files are exactly the same as the old ones I successfully added.

I tried deleting the index.dat and local-files.bnk files as suggested elsewhere, but it didn't work. I even tried completely uninstalling and then reinstalling spotify, and I still had the same issue, where the other three albums I have had for a while show up in local files but the new one doesn't, even though I can't find any reason it shouldn't.
