Spotify mutes randomly

My Question or Issue

when i have a Bluetooth headset connected, and join a video/ meet call the sound mutes, but songs keep playing, but if i switch to a wired headset it doesn't please help (on web player)

We would recommend that you update the sound drivers on your PC, and also check if there are any pending updates from Windows or graphics card, as these often affect the performance of the audio and video output.

Could you tell us if the wired headset works as it should when playing media from other apps or websites? And also which browser you are using.
