      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Plan&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Free&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Country USA&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Device&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PC&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Operating System&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Windows 10&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Question or Issue&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Trying to solve my won't play any track past 5s problem so I uninstalled, cleaned, reinstalled (again) and now I can't even log in.&amp;nbsp; Says there's a firewall problem, Error Code: 3.&amp;nbsp; Spotify is completely green-lighted in the firewall, and yet, here we are.&amp;nbsp; Clearly not going to be a music day if I can't get this PC working.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Solutions?&amp;nbsp; I find solutions for other error codes, none seem to work for Error Code 3.&amp;nbsp; Editted, for whatever reason my brain didn't read the "auth" part of the error code...I've been troubleshooting for...a while...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi diorina23v! For this problem I would try this.&lt;BR /&gt;1. Sign out on web player or desktop application&lt;BR /&gt;2. Completely Delete from your device&lt;BR /&gt;3. Go to &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/us/" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.spotify.com/us/&lt;/A&gt; to download spotify again and sign in with your account&lt;BR /&gt;4. Go to settings &amp;lt; Set music quality to low &amp;lt; Then reload application &amp;lt; Set music quality back to high or preferred level.&lt;BR /&gt;Hope this works!       <description>&lt;P&gt;Done and there was no change.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That said, the settings you refer to are not accessible on the desktop app prior to logging in.&amp;nbsp; I'm stuck on the login screen due to this error.&amp;nbsp; The image included are the only settings I can currently access.&amp;nbsp; I've changed those proxy settings to each option, no changes, I still cannot log in.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Here is what I did.. Turned off the firewall temporarily and ran spotify. When it worked, I turned back on the firewall. Later, I went to the "Allow and app to go thru the firewall" section and added Spotify.. Still working. Hope it helps&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
