Spotify windows app not working

My Question or Issue

Everything was working well, but this afternoon Error message occur on the app : Spotify can not read this content. If you possess this file on your computer, you can import it.

I tried to delete every music, uninstall/install, restart computer, launch with administrator right.

It's perfectly working on my phone or on the web app.

Hope someone can help 🙂
