Spotify won´t install

My Question or Issue

Hi.

So a couple days back i had a problem with my spotify and i uninstalled it and now when i try to install it again it says that "the installer is unable to install spotify because the files to be written are in use", i already searched for some answers on line and everything i tried didn´t work.

I msconfing on my pc and disabled everything and restarted.

I tried everything i saw and nothing work.

When i try to delete the spotify files in %appdata% it won´t let me (i will attatch a print here), and when i go to the task manager if doesn´t appear anywhere.

If you're using Windows 10, we'd recommend installing the app from the Microsoft store.

In case you have trouble with that, you could give it a shot in Safe Mode. You can take a look at this page to see how to do that.
