Change speed not working

My Question or Issue

When I tap the speed change on the player, the speed options open, when I tap a different speed, the speed is highlighted, but it does not change speed nor close the pop up menu

Just to confirm, have you tried performing a quick reinstall of the app? Give it a try as a first step - this usually solves most common issues with Spotify.

Followed clean reinstall instructions, and Chang speed is still not working.
