However, it's saying that the country I'm in doesn't match the one set in my profile. The thing is, it's works on my iPhone 8 and open.spotify.com but not on my laptop app&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;As a first step we'd suggest you check the country setting of&amp;nbsp;your Spotify account by following the steps below:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Log in to&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="http://www.spotify.com/account" target="_blank"&gt;your account page&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Click&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;EDIT PROFILE&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Scroll down to&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Country&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;and check if the correct country has been selected in the&amp;nbsp;drop-down list. If not, make sure to select it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Click&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;SAVE PROFILE&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;In case you still can't log in after confirming your country, try running a &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/Spotify-Answers/How-can-I-perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_blank"&gt;clean reinstall&lt;/A&gt; of the Spotify app on your laptop. We recommend this step as it's&amp;nbsp;more thorough&amp;nbsp;compared to the regular reinstall and lets you start afresh with Spotify on any device.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;
