(iPhone 8, Samsung Galaxy 9, Macbook Pro late 2016)

Operating System windows 10 home

(iOS 10, Android Oreo, Windows 10,etc.)

My Question or Issue

spotify will not load the home page. it remains stalled on a black screen with 3 dots in the top left hand corner. from that menu i can play tracks, but it displays nothing. i have to close spotify and try again. after several attempts it will finally load the home page. i have reinstalled spotify twice. everything on my system is up to date.

I would recommend a clean reinstall as it is a bit different than the usual one and tends to solve this type of issues.

there were no spotify folders under %appdata% to delete. I have reinstalled spotify, the issue persists.

i am still having the same issue. spotify only loads up a blank black screen. i can play music from this screen but the homepage will not load. nothing loads. i have tried reinstalling the app, i have tried reinstalling windows. nothing is working. i have to close the app several times and reload it to get everything to load up.
