Custom Thumbnail

I am hoping someone knows how to create a custom thumbnail on a playlist

I have the fastest growing Grunge playlist:

Seattle Grunge if you're interested.

A quick search of grunge on spotify puts this playlist at the top. The next 4 playlists have custom thumbnails. Can anyone explain how this has been achieved.

Pretty sure they are branded playlists by advertisers or other organisations (which I am guessing you have to pay for).

Thanks for this..

However a quick look at the guidelines for this state:

There can only be one track per artist within the playlist.

All of the custom thumbnail playlists I have checked have 2 or more of some artists. So I think maybe branded playlist isn't the only way to get a thumbnail.

Hmmm, I would get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and ask them to see what they say. I know I have a few "branded" playlists which definitely don't follow those rules - community perks haha!

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
