&lt;P&gt;Just to confirm, do you still experience this after a&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/Spotify-Answers/How-can-I-perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;thorough reinstall&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;of the Spotify app on both your devices?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As a heads-up, make sure the following conditions are met when using the Connect feature:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;All devices are on the same WiFi network.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/updating-spotify/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Your Spotify app is up-to-date&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;All devices’ software is up-to-date. If you don't know, check with your devices' manufacturers for how to update the software version.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
