Music Lagging on Windows 10

My music has been lagging recently, I have a good internet connection and I have hardware acceleration disabled. I tried restarting my pc, but it still lags. Also tried turning proxies off. Even tried web player, same issue. Nothing works so far. Any ideas?

Also when it lags, it skips further through the song, not resuming. Like it's still playing

Since this is happening across apps (both on the desktop app and on the web player), it is possible that there's an issue with the network connection.

Just to confirm this, do you mind temporarily switching to an alternate network connection to see if that changes anything at all?

If not, could you let us know if there are any patterns that you've noticed in the meantime? For example, does the lagging occur only in specific contexts? Does it make a difference if the file is downloaded for offline listening?
