[Win10] Spotify not Loading Unless On Restart

My Question or Issue

I have a problem with Spotify on Windows 10. If I try to launch the program from the start menu or the applications list, it won't start up at all. My mouse will show the loading symbol, but nothing will show up. The only time I can get it to start is when I set it to one of the programs that will launch when I boot up my computer. If I close out of it, I can't get it to load up again unless I restart my computer. I have tried reinstalling the program, but it didn't help

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.

Even if you already reinstalled the app, i'd be good for you to check this Spotify Answer and perform a "thorough" reinstall of the app (as opposed to a "simple" reinstall) with your Windows.

Deleting any remaining traces of your current Spotify setup and then installing the app from scratch might likely do the trick in this case.
