I have a pair of Bose A2 Soundlink wireless headphones. I can listen to iTunes or CDs with no problem. When I listen to Spotify, they keep cutting in and out. I can use them to listen to my phone, but it has issues on my desktop Windows 10 pc. I have tried reloading Spotify, but no help. Any suggestions? .

Plan

Free/Premium

Country

United States

Operating System

Windows 10

My Question or Issue

Hey there @cwlong52!

Thanks for reaching out to us on the Community!

We'd recommend taking a look at this page to see how to re-pair your devices.

It'a also a good idea to make sure that you have downloaded Spotify from the Microsoft store.

If your issue persists, we'll need to know if you experience this issue with other services or with our web player.

Let us know how you get on! We'll be right here if you need more help.
