Spotify won't connect online, error 4

Spotify worked fine until few days ago, now it says I am offline even with working internet.

Things I have tried:

Turning Firewall off

Running as admin

Total clean reinstall

Switching to google DNS

Connecting on different network

Uninstalling antivirus

Selecting 'auto detect' under Proxy in Spotify app Settings

Removing IP adresses from Windows host file

Neither of them helped. I am able to connect to spotify on my phone, at same network though.

I have found solution. It is bug from 2004 windows update. It's being worked on, but you can fix it yourself for now by editing Windows registry.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\NlaSvc\Parameters\Internet
and modify: EnableActiveProbing
change "Value data" from "0" to "1"
restart PC

Eres un genio, tenía el mismo problema y ya tenía demasiadas horas en esto.
