My Question or Issue

So i was looking through the settings for the app but i cant find anywhere "offline mode." Its simple to enable on the Android app but i cant find it anywhere on here.

Another problem is spotify will just randomly un-download all my songs for no apparent reason every 2 weeks i'd say. This issue is extremely frustrating and i dont know why its happening.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.

Using our Desktop app on Windows 10, you'll find the Offline mode option by clicking the three-dots menu in the top-left corner (right above Home) > File.

If you've had this type of issue with your downloads, would you mind taking a look here under Downloads unexpectedly removed?
