I am sure one of Spotify programmer messed up the code and makes all song pictures at home screen really big like this:

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community!

For me, the images are displayed the same as they were before. I also use one of the 64-bit HP Envy with Windows 10.

I'd recommend performing clean reinstall of your Spotify app. It's different than regular re-installation. It should fix this issue.
Just find your device in this article and follow the steps provided there.
