If there are any updates regarding this issue, they'll be posted in the Ongoing Issue.

Yeah

I Have the exact same problem with my screen showing up like that in my library of saved songs. It works on my android but on my latest windows 10 version, that shows up. Library is empty. I hope this is fixed as soon as possible. Please fix

Im trying to report a common problem, the Windows 10 liked songs disappearing and I want to contribute by posting my own troubles so the demand for a fix is greater. Problem is I can't seem to find where does one post complaints.

Reinstallation from http://download.spotify.com/SpotifyFullSetup.exe worked for me
