&lt;P&gt;Can you follow these steps and check if the volume of the app is muted?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Click on Volume in the taskbar.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Open volume mixer. The Spotify app should be shown there.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;

The Spotify volume is all the way up, as is my computer volume and my speaker volume. The sound works on every other app and website (including Spotify Web Player), just not the app. It's been like this for a few weeks now and I haven't been able to find a way to fix it. I've gone through other discussions concerning the topic and followed all of those steps but nothing has worked.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
