    <description>&lt;P&gt;Your desktop app is a mess. Where do I start? How about firing all your programmers and hire some that know what they are doing. And don't tell me to delete and reinstall, which seems to be your fix for everything.&amp;nbsp; I am super tired of re-downloading all my playlists.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello I've been using Spotify for about 5+ years and recently on my desktop and sometimes iPhone App it has been unresponsive. It will open and start playing music but won't let me skip the song or choose another song. And then halfway throughout the song, it will restart again and again. Or sometimes it won't play a song on startup and won't let me play a song. This is pretty annoying and I've searched through all of the solutions and tried them like clean install, clearing cache, deleting all Spotify files, etc. but to no avail. Really thinking of switching to a different platform if this problem persists.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There is definitely an issue with the Windows app. It takes several minutes to load and become usable on my PC. Sometimes I'll press play on a song and it won't start because the app is still loading up. Been going on for several years and really needs a redesign. Reinstalling isn't a permanent solution.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
