When will you fix the display of your favorite tracks in Russia?

My Question or Issue:

Favorite tracks are not displayed or added in the windows app. This is what happened after the app was updated, after it officially appeared in Russia. This is a problem for many people and it is not clear how to solve it. Linux, android, and ios don't have this problem. When will you release an update to resolve this issue?

This is an Ongoing Issue that Spotify is investigating, which you can find more information about here. On that page, there will be a status update of the next steps to take and information to provide. Please add your +VOTE, as this will help with the investigation. Additionally, subscribe to the thread by selecting the 3 dots at the top right hand corner.

Sometimes a clean reinstall of the app seemed to resolve the issue.

Hope this will be fixed soon.

I did it! I went to the Microsoft Store and updated the app. Favorite tracks appeared!
