When I click on the artist name at the bottom left, it doesn't bring anything back, but when I click on the artist name after clicking on the music name it works

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. Can you try a clean reinstall on the Spotify App? It is better than uninstalling and reinstalling Spotify. Link Below:

Hey there @Louis40,

Just jumping in here to add some extra tips to what @Joel-M suggested.

You should also check your Windows hosts file for Spotify entries and delete them, should you find any. You can find detailed instructions on how to do this here.

Make sure to also check if the issue comes up on both the MicrosoftStore version of the app, as well as the one from our website.

If that doesn't fix things, could you post the Artist URI from both artist pages that come up in the video? This page explains how to find them.
