Spotify Web Player won't load

My Question or Issue

Whenever I try to access the web player on firefox, the link refuses to work. The page does not go through, but there is no error message, it simply defaults back to what it had been before I tried to access the link. This has been going on for the past 2 days.

Are you able to attach a screen recording of what you're seeing? Also, can you let me know if this happens on a different network connection, such as a strong wifi connection?

Let me know what device this happens on, as well as the software version - and clear all cookies and cache on the browser before opening the Web Player again.

By browser cache and cookies are cleared and it doesn't work on either of the strong connections I have. Attached is the video. This is happening on a Dell Inspiron running the most current firefox.

Does this happen on a different browser? Or is it only Firefox? Are you also able to reinstall the Firefox application on your device?
