Unable to delete empty folders

My Question or Issue

I have several totally empty folders (no playlists/albums/etc.) which I can't delete on desktop or mobile. Nothing happens at all when I click delete. How can I fix this and delete these folders?

We'd suggest you restart the device and then log out and log back in again. By doing that any changes can be synced up.

If that doesn't do the trick, you can give these steps a go and run a clean reinstall. That way you can make sure the app is up-to-date and the cache is not leading to any issues. Then you can try again deleting the folders.
