can't fix my hacking problem

My Question or Issue

Hi! I believe my account's been hacked and I've done everything to try and fix it.

I changed my password (3 times!!) and logged out everywhere multiple times. It started earlier today when my Spotify app started playing random music without me asking it to. Plus, whenever I try to listen to my own songs, it will randomly change to another song!

I've literally tried everything including changing my Facebook password and basically disconnecting it from my Spotify account.

Please help 😞 I just want to listen to music while I do my homework

I'm here to help you for your problem.

If you were hacked, the simple action to change your password can kick everyone from your account. Please head over to your account settings and try hitting the button "Sign Out Everywhere" at the bottom of the page, here is an image to help you:

Skipping song can also be a malfunction from your Bluetooth devices, they can skip songs and choose a random song. Please check if they worked as intended.
