I change in the option offline storage destination and denied acces to the default folder data in Appdata/Local/Spotify

But if i do that, i can't download and store my music offline

It says to me "Failure to synchronise offline music"

Apologies for the delayed response, we just came across this thread.

As we haven’t seen any similar posts about this recently, could you let us know if you’re still having troubles with this?

If you do, we’d first recommend making sure you have the the latest updates installed and have followed the steps in this support article to change the storage location for your downloaded songs. In case that doesn’t do the trick, we suggest you try a clean reinstall.
