hard drive crashed

So my windows system drive crashed, but my files were all on other drives. My Spotify playlists have a mix of streamed music and local files I've collected over the years. I added the local folders and I can see that the files are there in local files, but the playlist items say the files aren't there. how do I sync my playlist with my existing local files on my windows PC?

If you are, can you let us know if you've already tried to log out > restart your device > log back in?
