Problem with Spotify Update on desktop

So I had Spotify install and everything work fine, then Spotify asks me to do an update so I click on the Spotify restart button updater,..It downloaded the update but then it says Error code 17 - Spotify unable to start. Now I did some research here, I rebooted my Pc, and try installing it safe mode, then rebooting again and reinstalling on normal mode, i also put down the firewall and try to install it like that, but it still does no work, it downloads the new patch but it does not open Spotify.
