Song not playable

I am playing the album "Friends of Mr Cairo" of "Jon and Vangelis". But it does not allow me to play the second track "State of Independence", it is not enabled. Is everybody seeing this or is it just me? And why would this be?

Just to make sure if the content is indeed unavailable in your country, I would recommend asking a friend/sibling using Spotify in the same country to check if the content is playable for them.

If it isn't, make sure reading all about missing content on this official info page.
