How do you pause downloads on Windows 10?

My Question or Issue

How do I pause downloads on Windows 10 spotify app? I can only connect to my mobile hotspot and it is draining my data from having to download pretty much every day for no good reason.

The songs you've downloaded for offline listening shouldn't be redownloading every day if everything is working well with the app.

We'd suggest you restart your phone and then to log out and log back in again. If that doesn't help, you can give these steps a go and run a clean reinstall. That way you can make sure the app is up-to-date and the cache is not causing any issues.

If you have any battery optimization or power saving apps, you can deactivate them for Spotify.
