&lt;P&gt;If you still experience this issue make sure to perform a &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/Spotify-Answers/How-can-I-perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_self"&gt;clean reinstall&lt;/A&gt; of the Spotify app on your device. This ensures removing of any corrupted files from previous installations and getting the latest app version with all necessary updates.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
