&lt;P&gt;Start off by checking if the hosts file on your PC contains entries that need to be removed. Follow &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/Spotify-Answers/Can-t-access-the-Web-Player/ta-p/4631438" target="_self"&gt;these&lt;/A&gt; steps on how you can do this.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If this persists, send us a screenshot of the error message you receive. You can&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN style="font-weight: 400;"&gt;attach the image to your next response to us by using the &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Insert Photos&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-weight: 400;"&gt; option in the post editor. This way we can take a closer look at the issue.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

(error 4).&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;the problem is that spotify never checks for connection and never reconnects. There is no way to reconnect in the app, you need to restart sporify.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Can I have a developer fix this bug?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
