My Question or Issue

Dear Spotify Support and Community,

since a few days my Spotify got some connection issues. It shows the errorcode 04 and states "No connection found".

I think i identified the problem but I found no solution. My Windows got a bug because it always shows the no connection icon at the task bar. I don´t know why I got this bug and during my research i read it is a known Windows bug and there is no fix yet.

My PC obviously got a ethernet connection because I am writing this ticket right now on my PC and I can watch Netflix, YouTube.... everything beside Spotify. Every program, every websites ignores the windows statement and I can use them normally.

I already reinstalled Spotify several times, did the windows troubleshoot and everything I found online but nothing really worked.

Would be great if someone could help me or could give me some advice!
