My Question or Issue

My Spotify won't start the music. I already tried to reinstall i even have my windows up to date, but i can't start the music. I even have the problem on my pc if i watch videos or play music on something else the playing pop up won't go away. Maybe this can help and i hope you can help me.

In case the issue persisted after a regular reinstall we recommend trying a clean reinstall since this step is more thorough in removing corrupted data from the previous installation. Check out this help page on how to run a clean reinstall.

If this doesn't do the trick for you, check your hosts file for entries that need to be deleted. Follow the steps described here on how you can do that.
