Hi,

For some time, I noticed that there are no more images of album covers or even photos of the groups for most of the artists. I did not change anything it appeared like that. Are there a few things I can do ?

Please attach some screenshots of what you're seeing. 🙂

You can try reinstalling Spotify , this should fix most glitches that may arise.

Thanks for your support. I didn't use the spotify App but Spotify in my browser (Mozilla Firefox). Some artists have picture but not many. That's really strange. Before evrything was ok and I don't know why, I changed nothing, the album cover and all pictures disappeared. I will put the screenshot in Attachment.

Oh that's strange!

I suggest deleting your cache and cookies to see if this fixes anything.

If that didn't work yet, you can try reopening the web player with addons disabled:

1. Go to Help (Alt key pops up the menu)

2. Click on "Restart with Add-ons disabled"

3. When you're done, you can go back the same route and restart with addons enabled. 🙂

This will show if what's breaking your Spotify's images is one of your addons. If it looks ok in disabled mode and not ok in regular mode, some addon is the culprit.

Try these out and let me know how it goes!
