topic Local files not playable after update in Desktop (Windows)

After the newest update, some of my local files became unplayable. I've tried 8 or so of these methods and nothing works. I'll move a file somewhere else, and it'll appear again for less than 1 minute before it becomes unplayable again and disappears from "Local Files" in my library. I've made a copy of the files and it did the same exact thing.
