How to make a player appear as in the photo, in the right corner? It works with other music platforms, so the issue is in Spotify.

This should happen when your screen locks by itself.

Can you try to perform a clean reinstall of the app to make sure there's no old cache files causing this?

If that doesn't do the trick - can you let us know which version of the app you have?
