This is happening on my PC as well as on surface pro.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think this problem started to happen day after yesterday when spotify app auto updated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Steps taken to solve issue:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Run as an Administrator&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Run with compatibility mode&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Clean install (done 3 times already) with windows store &amp;amp; spotify's own installer&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. Log In/out, sign out of everywhere&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Can you try with another internet connection to see if the issue persist?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;It would also be great if you can log in with another account - such as a friend's or a family member's to see if they have the same experience from their account.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't do the trick - can you provide us a screen recording so we can have a closer look?&lt;/P&gt;
