(soory for my english Im not native) Hi I had some problems with spotify few days ago (like 2-5 ago dont remember anymore). So I did clean reinstall and now its even worse. When I turn it on its says im offline (error code: 4). But its acting really wierd. When I wait a minute it will go online but it is very slow for example when I want to play a song I need to wait like 2-5 minits until it start playing. After that sometimes it start working normally but after app restart I have same problem again... Only solution that i found is to disable firewall in ESET internet security but thats not quite best solution... When eset firewall is blocking something I can usually find it in "blocked connections" in settings and create automatic exception. But not this time, there is nothing showing as blocked. I tried to make some exceptions(port 4070 and some ip addresses from this post) manually but its not working. Also in previous app build I didnt have this problem so there has to be something wrong with the app. On open.spotify.com on same computer I have no problems. Can somoene please repair the app or help me create working exception rule?

Plan

Premium

Device

Desktop

Operating System

Windows 10

Hey @kejkla,

Thanks for getting in touch with us 🙂

We'd suggest you check with the firewall company's support to see how to set Spotify as an exception. If possible, it's also a good idea to try with another PC on the same network and then try using the app. Are there any changes?

Keep us posted! If you have more questions, we are here for you.
