Can’t personalize playlist

My Question or Issue

i have the newest updates of iOS and spotify but still cannot personalize my playlist covers. there is no edit details button. also when i try to post this and look for help it tells me this. (see attachment )

Thanks for reaching out about this and welcome to the Community!

The feature to personalize your playlists on the mobile app is currently being rolled out, so it might take a while before you can see it. In the meantime, we recommend to keep the app up to date.

On another note, if you're still having issues posting or navigating through the Community, try from an incognito/private window or another browser and let us know if you see the same error messages.

We'll be on the lookout.
