My Question or Issue

Hi, Spotify takes a long time to load (about 20mn) when I start windows, the other programs respond correctly. I have uninstalled spotify and reinstalled it but the problem remains.
How can I solve this problem?

Thanks for searching for the answer you need here!

In case a regular reinstall didn't do the trick try a clean reinstall of the app on your PC. This will make sure you get a fresh version of the app with all latest updates.

If you see no difference after the clean reinstall, check your hosts file for entries that need to be deleted. Follow the steps described here on how you can do that.

Keep in mind English is the only official language in the Spotify Community and that's the reason why I can only reply to you in English.

However, you can check for translation tools online and use them to help you understand the instructions. Another option is to activate a browser add-on allowing you to translate web pages from English to Spanish.
