Full Screen button missing but using premium

My Question or Issue

The full screen button beside the volume slider is missing. I had it a while ago but recently it has disappeared. I have already tried reinstalling the app. Please advice thank you.

Can you try running a clean reinstall of the app, this is different than deleting and reinstalling as it involves deleting all app data. Check out this Spotify Answer for a step-by-step guide.

If after that you still don't see the button, please attach a screenshot to your next reply so that we can see how things look on your end.

It's a good idea to reinstall the app in Safe Mode. We'd suggest you also try running the app as administrator. Are there any changes?

If the issue persists, you can share with us the Spotify version. You can also send us a screenshot of what you're seeing. We'll investigate this further.

Could you borrow a friend or family members account and see if the full screen button comes up there?

It would be great if you could also test it on another device and see if the functions is available there.

Hi, i have tried both switching accounts and signing in on a different device, however the fullscreen button is still not there
