What happened to open.spotify?

I use firefox - there are only giant pictures in it, it is terrible to search for anything, where are my playlist?

This is not possible to do anything with this new design!

Could you send us a couple of screenshots so we can see how the web player gets displayed at your end? Just make sure to hide any private or sensitive info.

Also, are you able to use the search function and access your playlists with an incognito tab or when using the app on mobile or desktop?

If you have the option to borrow a friend or family members account and see if you can replicate the behavior there, that would help the troubleshooting process a lot.
