My Question or Issue

Unable to change cache storage location. As a result, the application takes up a lot of space on the wrong disk! You can also clear the cache only by reinstalling the application! I would like to be able to clear the cache through the app once you can't let the user choose where the cache is stored! The application was not downloaded from the Microsoft store, but from your site. Another disc is selected in the settings of the downloaded tracks!

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Community.

You can change the Offline Songs Storage location in the advanced setting of the app. If that doesn't work as expected, it's a good idea to clean reinstall Spotify on the device where this occurs. We recommend the steps in that guide, as they’re very thorough and make sure no damaged leftover files remain. Note that we recommend using the Spotify app version from the Microsoft Store as it's the one best optimized for Windows 10.

Currently you can remove items from the cache by unticking the Download slider, that erase the files in question. If you'd like an app-wide clear cache feature, we recommend that you post your idea in our Exchange. You can learn how to do this here.
