topic Podcast play order in Desktop (Windows)

When I listen to podcasts I listen to the oldest unplayed episode.

When I'm done Spotify comes up with this brilliant idea, "How about i play and older episode that he has already heard, instead of the next episode of the podcast"

Can someone explain this to me and how I fix it.
Don't tell me that I have to change the viewing order of the list. There are +800 episodes of the podcasts I listen to, do you really want me to scroll all the way to the bottom to check if there is a new episode?

I see now that i can use a filter to only see unplayed episode, a shame that none of mine a marked as played, due to my first issue that starts the episodes again, so they are no longer marked as played.

Thank you

Martin Bønnelykke Jensen

Hey there @116123188,

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community.

We'd first recommend making sure that you're not using Shuffle play.

If this is not the case, could you let us know your device's make, model, exact OS version and Spotify version? We'll take a better look.

Keep us posted.
