My Question or Issue

This seems to still be a consistent bug despite previous topics saying it has been fixed. Every so often, my feed will say my friends have listened several days ago when I know for certain they are listening currently, or people will disappear completely. I've tried all the solutions out there, but none of them have worked. It normally fixes itself after several days, but it is incredibly inconvenient waiting for something that shouldn't even be a problem to resolve.

Welcome to the Community and thanks for reaching out about this.

Could you let us know which troubleshooting steps you've already tried?

First up, it's well worth running a clean reinstall to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble. This one is more thorough than the usual one.

If this doesn't do the trick, would you mind using a different internet connection to check if that makes the difference?
