No error message, nothing in the task manager.&lt;BR /&gt;Reinstalling it didnt help and the safe mode method also didnt help. I also tried to download it through the Microsoft Store but that didnt help aswell.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Can you perform a &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/Spotify-Answers/How-can-I-perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_blank"&gt;clean reinstall&lt;/A&gt;?&amp;nbsp;This is different from a quick reinstall and could be helpful to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;It would also be great if you can try with another internet connection to see if the issue persist?&lt;/P&gt;
