My Question or Issue

Hello,

the past week or so when I use the web player on windows 10 the now-playing bar is gone. I've tried deleting my cookies but still nothing. The weird thing is that when i use the web player on ubuntu 20 everything is fine.

Welcome to the Community and thanks for reaching out about this!

Would you mind trying it again from an incognito window and a different browser?

Also, we'd recommend trying with a different network, for example creating a hot spot on your phone and using that - if that's possible.

If this doesn't make the difference, could you send over a screenshot of how you're seeing the web player on your end? Make sure not to send any private info.
