&lt;P&gt;If possible, could you ask a friend or a family member to log into the web player on your device to see if they can replicate this?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Plan&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Premium&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Country&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;USA&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Device&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dell Latitude 7490 Laptop&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Operating System&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Windows 10 - 64 Bit&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Using most up-to-date Chrome web browser &amp;amp; Spotify web player client&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Question or Issue&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Using the &lt;A href="https://open.spotify.com/" target="_blank"&gt;spotify&lt;/A&gt;.com web player, when I select "Play" to any song playlist I encounter the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- 3 songs are skipped&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- the 4th song plays for exactly 9 seconds, then skips or completely pauses.&lt;BR /&gt;- this happens with all other playlists i've tried.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My attempted remedies:&lt;BR /&gt;- Log out&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- restart Browser&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- restart computer&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- try multiple playlists&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Use other device (My songs work on mobile and Smart TV devices)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Cache and Cookies (All-Time) were cleared and the issue is still unresolved. I also logged in under another google account in chrome.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;As this is a work laptop I can not let other users operate this laptop. Is there another temporary test/dummy account I can utilize?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Keep in mind that some shared or public networks (e.g. schools/work/office) restrict access to certain services. If you're connected to one you can contact those responsible for managing the network for more information.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If this is not the case and you're using an Antivirus, you can also check that it's not limiting the access to Spotify.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>I'm on a private home network, but using Zscaler. I've had complete access for about 2-3 months, and just now it's giving me issues without any update.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;However, I realized I can download the desktop client, and it runs fine. However, the web player doesn't work.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;So for now, I can use the downloaded Spotify application on my laptop. While my personal issue is solved, I it would behoove you to looking into why the web player is malfunctioning, unless it's just me.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you for you help and have a good day!</description>
